Purpose of the Role

We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Mobility Division in the UAE. The role is responsible for implementing sales strategies for vans, trucks, and buses, achieving monthly targets, and ensuring operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will deliver an exceptional guest experience, support downstream product sales, and promote standard sales processes to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage the sales operation to achieve predetermined business and performance targets.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor effective sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Analyze business plans and sales performance in alignment with regional management goals.
  • Support the sales team in achieving targets by promoting standard sales procedures and ensuring customer complaints are properly handled.
  • Coordinate with management to address sales targets, supply chain challenges, and customer feedback through regular meetings.
  • Conduct regular discussions to update management and the sales team on product knowledge, market trends, and performance insights.
  • Manage legal documentation and government‑related matters related to sales operations to ensure compliance.
  • Continuously track and analyze sales achievements, supporting Kaizen and process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide inputs and reports to the Sales Manager and Regional GM on monthly and yearly targets for review and corrective action.
  • Handle escalated customer issues that require senior management involvement to maintain customer satisfaction.
