Responsibilities
  • Achieve assigned sales quota within the designated portfolio and meet profitability expectations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end, from prospecting to closing deals, while ensuring ongoing performance follow-up for accounts.
  • Drive strong internal project management with key stakeholders and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Risk, Pricing, Legal & Compliance, Integration, Operations, Technology, and Product.
  • Ensure optimal account performance in terms of sales, profitability, quality, and service, while developing strategic customer account plans that align with company standards.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings in accordance with company benchmarks.
  • Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and enhancements, providing valuable feedback to product and sales management.
  • Lead project management for significant account changes, including major new product implementations, business process adjustments, service level modifications, and trade term updates.
  • Identify and cultivate new opportunities for large-scale payment processing implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service quality and timely delivery of key deliverables.
Requirements

  • Strong background in forecasting, pricing strategies, and account profitability reviews to drive sustainable business growth.
  • Advanced English level, both written and verbal.
