Job summary

A leading engineering company in Dubai seeks a Sales Engineer who will advise clients on technical inquiries related to products and services. Responsibilities include creating offers, processing orders, and handling complaints. Ideal candidates possess a complete degree in Engineering and experience in the Energy Sector, particularly in After Sales Service. Proficiency in English and Arabic is required, with additional languages being a plus. Field experience with Power Transformers and a strong Electrical Engineering background are preferred.

Overview

Sales Engineer Services — Reinhausen Middle East FZE - Dubai - Sales & Business Development and Technical Service

What awaits you:

• You will advise customers / operators in regard to all technical inquiries relating to the MR product range and services with specialized support from an OPP, OPS (Order Processor Product, Order Processor Service or specialized department where necessary).


• Creating, validating (technically and commercially) as well as sending offers and orders for products, assembly groups, parts and services for the assigned customers are within your responsibility.


• You process customer orders and service jobs for internal processing and scheduling.


• Additionally, you are responsible with the processing of complaints and malfunctions, including inspection, taking measures, following up and correspondence.

What you bring to the table:

• You have a completed degree in Engineering or a similar educational background.


• Over the last few years, you have collected experience in the Energy Sector, preferably in the After Sales Service.


• You are business fluent in English and Arabic, additional foreign languages are a plus.


• Additionally you have field experience with Power Transformers and/or OLTCs.


• You have a strong background in Electrical Engineering.


• You have a business-oriented focus and the ability to work independently.


• Good knowledge of processes and systems round off your profile.
