Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading Packaging & Engineering company in the UAE. Our client is looking for a results‑driven Sales Engineer with solid market knowledge and proven experience selling injection moulding machines, moulds or related technical products. This role is ideal for someone with 45 years of B2B sales experience in the UAE who can confidently bridge technical know‑how with commercial strategy. You will work closely with our client’s engineering team and manufacturer specializing in mould production. The goal is to scale operations and expand market presence by combining strong technical expertise with smart consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote moulds and injection moulding machines to potential clients.
  • Identify and establish new business opportunities within the manufacturing and packaging sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and industry partners.
  • Provide technical consultation to clients ensuring they select the right moulds and machinery for their production needs.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to align sales efforts with technical capabilities.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend industry exhibitions, conferences and networking events to enhance business development efforts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 45 years of sales experience in the UAE specifically in selling injection moulding machines, moulds or both.
  • Strong market connections and a well‑established industry network.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Knowledge of the moulding and packaging industry including technical aspects of injection moulding.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for managing leads and sales activities.
  • UAE driving license is preferred.
