  • You have completed commercial training, such as an industrial administrator or business economist qualification.
  • You possess a strong background in commercial processing and a good technical understanding.
  • You are fluent in English (B1 level) and the local language; additional languages are considered an advantage.
  • You have experience using PC systems, specifically SAP (ERP), CRM, and Microsoft Office.
  • You have a process-oriented mindset with the ability to manage digital files and internal/external correspondence independently.
  • You demonstrate strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
What you bring to the table:
  • You are responsible for the commercial and simple technical clarification of offers and orders with customers, including OEMs, agents, and distributors.
  • You will prepare offers and order confirmations according to customer specifications, managing scheduling, delivery conditions, and export regulations.
  • You ensure data accuracy by entering offer/order details into SAP (ERP) and CRM systems while maintaining relevant master data.
  • You support the regional team by coordinating special procedures such as special pricing, bonus agreements, and open invoice management.
  • You monitor customer contracts and price conditions in coordination with the responsible ASM or Sales Engineer.
  • You handle post-delivery aspects, including receiving complaints and initiating necessary corrective actions.
