Job summary

A real estate investment firm is searching for a qualified individual to oversee their sales activities and drive revenue growth. This role involves managing the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and building client relationships. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and at least ten years of experience in real estate sales, with a strong track record in leadership and project management. The position is based in Dubai and is full-time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Master's degree is a plus.
  • At least ten (10) years’ experience in Real Estate.
  • Proven track record of success in real estate sales and management roles.
  • Good ability of negotiations & project Management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Ensure continual training and counselling so that the team provides the highest calibre of service.
  • Monitor sales performance dashboard to track progress towards goals.
  • Identify business opportunities and develop new strategies to expand market presence.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance.
  • Participate in networking events to promote the company's services.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
  • Review collections situation to ensure timely collections.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Ensure through continual training and counselling so that the team provides the highest calibre of service to the potential customers
  • Monitor sales performance dashboard to track progress towards goals and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Identify business opportunities and develop new strategies to expand the company market presence.
  • Collaborate with marketing of Holding and manage inhouse marketing to develop effective sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
  • Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry associations to promote the company's services and brand.
  • Ensure that the 3 rd party consultants are performing within DIR guidelines & achieving their plans at peak.
  • Represent the sales function’s views and needs in the ongoing development of overall company policy and contribute in the preparation of the annual departmental budget and marketing plan.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all sales activities
  • Ensure that all members of the sales force are achieving the company’s revenue targets.
  • Review the collections situation to ensure collections are made as per plan and take corrective measures in case of delays.
  • Perform any tasks as requested by GM
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
