Sales at Mamo is the first human connection to the people we serve - rooted in integrity, empathy, and a bias to help. You’ll be using various lead generation tools (eg. Apollo, Clay) to build multi-channel cold outreach cadences and then qualify all respondents before passing them onto our senior sales team for discovery and solution selling. You can expect a very rapid and exciting feedback cycle, lots of experimentation, clear targets and an intensely automation and metrics-driven approach to the role. Your mission in this role is to find customers who have a problem, know they have a problem, and whom Mamo can help solve this problem.

What you will do
  • Use several tools combined to build cleverly segmented lead lists of potential customers
  • Implement multi channel cadences that capture the interest of these prospects
  • Craft creative and highly relevant scripts for your outbound outreach (combining GenAI tools with your own personal touch to do so)
  • Document your learnings and test results meticulously for analysis at the leadership level
  • Launch, maintain, and iterate multi-touch email/call/message sequences
  • Triage and qualify leads and book meetings for our sales team
  • Keep your CRM pipeline squeaky-clean
  • Summarize objections and wins for Sales, Marketing, and Product
You’re a great fit if you
  • Are a recent graduate (or final-year student) hungry to break into tech sales
  • Are extremely tech-savvy: you learn new tools fast and live by keyboard shortcuts
  • Write clear, concise emails and speak confidently on calls
  • Have high urgency, drive, and coachability - you love targets and feedback
  • Can juggle volume without dropping the ball
