Overview

Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading provider of precision machinery solutions tailored for the jewelry manufacturing industry. Renowned for their technical innovation and customer-first approach, the company is seeking a Sales Coordinator to streamline their sales operations and enhance customer experience across the region. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple touchpoints across the sales lifecycle—from client interaction to order execution.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to manage client inquiries, prepare quotations, and oversee the order processing flow.
  • Draft and share product specifications and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Maintain organized records of customer communication, order updates, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with technical and logistics departments to ensure timely dispatch and installation support.
  • Generate periodic reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and customer engagement.
  • Keep the CRM database updated with real-time sales activities and customer information.
  • Assist in preparing commercial documentation including bids, presentations, and marketing material.
  • Work closely with procurement to stay informed about pricing, delivery timelines, and inventory availability.
  • Respond to basic product queries and route technical requests to the appropriate teams.
  • Support planning and execution of machinery demos, trade shows, and client site visits.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in machinery, equipment, or jewelry-related sectors.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Prior experience in the GCC / MENA region is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM or ERP tools is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Female candidates preferred for this position.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
