Job summary

A trading company in the UAE is seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing operations, preparing quotes, processing orders, and coordinating with suppliers and contractors. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, 2-4 years of sales coordination experience in the electrical or oil and gas sectors, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. Knowledge of electrical products is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in electrical trading or oil and gas industry.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of electrical products and distribution channels is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with contractors, traders, and internal teams to manage sales orders and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and inventory status.
• Assist in sourcing electrical products and liaising with inventory team for pricing and availability.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information promptly.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies regarding credit and cash sales.
• Regular follow-up with the accounts team for payment collections.
