Job description
Job Purpose

Drive car sales for the retail customers to achieve set annual sales targets and customer satisfaction objectives. Manage and follow full lifecycle of sales from actual sales to hand over to the customer.

Key Accountabilities
  • Sales: Effectively follow sales procedure and process to close deals and achieve the monthly target set by the Manager. Qualify buyers to understand buyer's requirements and interests, present/match requirements and interests to various models, explain features and close the sale by overcoming objections. Conduct post-sale follow up to attract new and retain existing customers. Actively promote finance and insurance products.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction as per company's Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) guidelines. Ensure performance improvement and increased customer satisfaction.
  • Autoline Database: Maintain active customer profile database to ensure all relevant details are up to date when required. Accurately collect customer and vehicle information to upload it in the Dealer Management system.
  • Competition: Effectively carry out market intelligence to monitor competitors’ products, pricing and promotional activities. Continuously update company product knowledge and competitive product knowledge related to all car brands and types.
  • Reports: Prepare and submit reports such as weekly plans, activity and results reports those relate to issues resolution for Sales Supervisor and review of the management.
Qualification

Secondary School Education Certificate, Diploma or equivalent.

Experience
  • 3 years of minimum experience in sales and customer relationship; out of which 1 year should be in Car sales.
  • Experience in Chinese cars dealer preferred.
