Hiring: Sales Consultant Real Estate Company

Location: Business Bay Dubai.
Experience: Must have experience in the UAE
Requirement: Brokerage experience is required

Salary: AED 5000 - AED 7000 (depending on experience)

Negotiation Skills

  • Ability to persuade and influence potential buyers & investors
  • Expertise in structuring profitable deals for clients
  • Skilled in objection handling and closing high-ticket sales
  • Strong upselling & cross-selling strategies

Communication & Client Management

  • Excellent verbal & written communication
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Skilled in conducting presentations, property tours & virtual sales meetings
  • Strong follow-up and customer engagement skills

Real Estate Market & Legal Knowledge

  • Deep understanding of UAE real estate laws & RERA regulations
  • Knowledge of off-plan and secondary market properties
  • Awareness of mortgage financing, property registration & legal contracts
  • Familiarity with freehold vs. leasehold ownership

Lead Generation

  • Ability to source, qualify & nurture leads effectively
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing & social media platforms for sales

Time Management

  • Ability to handle multiple clients, deals & negotiations simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to market changes
