We are looking for an exceptional REAL ESTATES SALES and LEASING CONSULTANT to join our expanding team! You will manage all real estate transactions and operations on behalf of your clients. Join our team of professional, successful, inventive, devoted, and altruistic agents! Qualifications
  • Communicating with sellers/landlords in an effort to get instructions
  • Arranging market appraisals and photographs for the listing
  • Handling inquiries from potential buyers and tenants - Qualifying customers and știining viewings
  • Negotiating arrangements between the two parties
  • Advising customers on market trends
  • Making regular calls to all clients in an effort to establish long-term business partnerships
  • In a normal day as a property consultant, you will spend around 50 percent of your time in the office networking and making appointments, and the other 50 percent of your time 'taking-on' properties and conducting viewings with customers
  • You must have a strong mentality and be well-prepared for this brisk market
  • Salary is on Commission Basis
