Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: AED 17,000 – 22,000 (inclusive of car allowance)

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive international sales and business development, with a strong focus on the UAE market and regional export opportunities.
  • Formulate and implement growth strategies to penetrate new markets and enhance brand visibility.
  • Build and manage long‑term relationships with overseas distributors, agents, and key accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in target markets, aligning offerings with regional demands.
  • Conduct detailed market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and pricing strategy formulation.
  • Lead high‑level negotiations, finalize contracts, and oversee the end‑to‑end sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (logistics, finance, production) to ensure smooth order execution and timely collections.
  • Ensure compliance with global trade norms, including Incoterms, Letters of Credit (LC), and export documentation.
  • Represent the brand at global exhibitions, industry conferences, and business meetings.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8–10 years of total sales experience, with at least 5 years in the lubricants industry and a minimum of 3 years in export or international sales.
  • Proven knowledge of the UAE lubricant market and export dynamics in the Middle East, Africa, or Asia.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in international contract negotiations and client relationship management.
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and regional visits.
