Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Sales Hunter, you will drive business growth, build and maintain client relationships, and facilitate the placement of contract associates to meet client needs.

Our focus is to collaborate with clients to understand their outsourcing needs and provide insights to enhance their operations.

Key Tasks Include:

• Developing business by engaging potential clients through various channels
• Managing and growing existing client relationships

• Monitoring performance and reporting for continuous improvement
• Upselling and cross-selling solutions

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, economics, or related fields
• At least 5 years of sales and account management experience, preferably in staffing

• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
