As an RPA / Java Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical RPA / JavaScript Support and (Development) Engineer for robotic process automation (RPA) solutions and JavaScript applications. Your role will involve configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in existing automation workflows and Java systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, monitor and maintain RPA-based processes, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in JavaScript applications and RPA workflows.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement updates and enhancements.
• Document procedures, including troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
• Provide support to end-users and train them on RPA tool functionalities.
• Participate in root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated on best practices in RPA and JavaScript development.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Relevant Experience

5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on both RPA and JavaScript technologies.
