What you will do

• Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms in a timely and accurate manner.
• Set up and clear trays and tables in guest rooms, ensuring proper presentation and cleanliness.
• Communicate with guests to ensure their satisfaction with the food and service.
• Process payments for room service orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of room service areas, including storage areas and service corridors.

What you bring

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Can work efficiently and effectively in a fast paced demanding environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role within 5* luxury hotel/brand standalone restaurant.
• Knowledge of MICROS preferred.
