Job summary

A leading luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping team member to maintain cleanliness and service quality. The role involves cleaning guest rooms and public areas, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring health and safety compliance. Ideal candidates will have prior luxury hotel experience and a positive, adaptable attitude. This fulltime position does not allow for remote work.

Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel environment preferred.
  • Physical fitness to stand, lift, push, and pull for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays.

Job description
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms public areas and exterior areas to brand standards ensuring they are wellpresented at all times.
  • Report maintenance defects in guest rooms public areas and back of house through KnowCross.
  • Adhere to all brand standards and quality audit standards throughout the hotel.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards when handling cleaning materials.
  • Provide exceptional customer care maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude even when faced with challenges.
  • Assist with other tasks to support the housekeeping team as required.
  • Attend all required training sessions and continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications :

  • Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel environment is preferred
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with good problemsolving abilities
  • Physical fitness to stand lift push and pull for extended periods
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safe handling of chemicals
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages beneficial
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment managing multiple tasks
  • Positive attitude and adaptability to challenging situations
