Job summary

A leading retail organization in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced professional to drive the strategic roadmap for Retail Lifecycle Management (RLM) platforms. The role encompasses overseeing system implementation and optimization, ensuring compliance, and driving standardization across retail processes. Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in retail lifecycle management or supply chain technology, with strong skills in leadership, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving. This full-time position is based on-site in Jabel Ali South, Dubai.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in retail lifecycle management or supply chain technology leadership.
• Proven expertise in implementing RLM platforms such as Blue Yonder and Increff.
• Strong understanding of retail processes including assortment planning, allocation, and replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for RLM platforms.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation of RLM platforms across business units.
• Lead initiatives to standardize retail lifecycle processes.
