Job description

• Assist in evaluating risk and price SME new business and renewals by working with relevant salespeople and account managers.

• Learn to assess claims history, medical disclosures, or other relevant data to make informed decisions.

• Prepare Table of Benefits and inception documents for renewals and new business inceptions.

• Learn market dynamics; understanding the competition, the environment and clients needs.

• Support in ensuring UW guidelines meet compliance requirements from a pricing and benefit point of view.

• Participate in problem solving activities to define problems, identify root causes, suggest solutions for continuous improvements of processes and procedures to work more efficiently and effectively.

• Utilize and adhere to internal guidelines and procedures to ensure that all assigned work is processed in timely manner and meet compliant standards.
