Job Description
  • Engage with customers in-store to provide exceptional service and product knowledge about the natural body care range.
  • Demonstrate and explain the unique benefits and historical significance of products to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain attractive and organized product displays, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash or electronic payments responsibly.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist in inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock.
  • Participate in store promotions, product launches, and special events to increase brand awareness and sales.
  • Monitor and report on customer feedback, sales trends, and inventory levels to store management.
  • Adhere to company policies, health and safety regulations, and cleanliness standards within the retail environment.
