MISSION

We are looking for a dynamic and detail oriented talent to join our team in Dubai. In this pivotal role, you will ensure seamless store operations, optimize processes, and support our retail network to deliver outstanding customer experience. You will oversee all Retail Operations across the MEINA region, including UAE, India, Kuwait, as key markets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee day to day retail operations across stores, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures
  • Coordinate inventory management, stock replenishment, and product allocation to maximize sales and minimize shortages
  • Ensure operational excellence in stores and consistency across markets
  • Manage new openings, relocations, and refits, coordinating all involved departments and defining timelines and schedules
  • Support store teams with operational guidelines and training
  • Monitor KPI’s and prepare reports to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, Merchandising, Logistics, etc., to ensure execution of retail strategies
  • Act as the main point of contact for escalated operational issues and resolve them promptly
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations across all locations
KEY REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage, with Italian and Arabic highly preferred
  • Extensive and well structured experience in retail operations, at least 5 years, ideally within the fashion industry
  • A problem solver who can identify issues, evaluate solutions, and make informed decisions
  • Effective time management, prioritizing tasks efficiently and ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and engage thoughtfully
  • Proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of retail management systems is a plus
