  • Experience handling imported merchandise and coordinating with shipping/customs is a plus.

  • Motivate and drive frontline sales teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely planning, setup, and dismantling of pop-up booths.
  • Manage merchandise inventory, including import processes and logistics.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking to avoid shortages during operations.
  • Track and report on sales performance, providing actionable insights.
  • Maintain brand standards and ensure a positive customer shopping experience.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Pop-Up Retail Operations Manager to oversee our upcoming anime-themed retail pop-ups across malls in Dubai. The role will focus on maximizing sales performance, managing vendor partnerships, and ensuring smooth operational execution from planning to post-event wrap-up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day retail sales operations of anime merchandise pop-up stores (blind boxes, keychains, figures, etc.).
  • Work closely with the agency/vendor managing booth design, setup, and frontline sales staffing.
  • Motivate and drive frontline sales teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely planning, setup, and dismantling of pop-up booths.
  • Manage merchandise inventory, including import processes, customs clearance, and logistics.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking to avoid shortages during operations.
  • Track and report on sales performance, providing actionable insights to improve results.
  • Maintain brand standards and ensure a positive customer shopping experience.
