Job description
RETAIL COORDINATOR – MUSEUM STUDIO

Direct reporting line: Local Head of Retail

Role purpose: Support the operational execution of retail support activities, product development and client relationship follow-up.

Key responsibilities
1. Retail & Client Support
  • Prepare operational and product follow-up meetings (ZNM, NHM).
  • Create client presentations in the required formats (Visual Merchandising, fit-out, product assortments, product approvals), acting as the coordination link between central expert teams and local suppliers (VM, architecture, design, etc.).
  • Contribute to the creation of product catalogues (B2B, corporate gifting).
  • For example, in response to requests such as VIP gifting for the Presidential Palace, the catalogue showcases ZNM products or collaborations and includes available stock, replenishment options and delivery lead times to enable client selection and order placement.
  • Develop and formalise presentation materials for product offerings.
  • Develop and structure training content for sales teams, under the supervision of the Store Manager.
2. E-commerce & Digital Content
  • Manage product listings and updates across e-commerce platforms.
  • Write, edit and optimise product descriptions.
  • Coordinate the integration of payment systems with the bank.
  • Organise and follow up on product photo shoots.
  • Update website content (Terms & Conditions, FAQs, informational pages).
3. Product Development & Local Collaborations
  • Coordinate with local suppliers, ensure technical follow-up and share required materials in line with museum guidelines.
  • Update and maintain the master product tracker to ensure accurate monitoring of product development.
Required profile & criteria
  • Valid work visa allowing employment in the country.
  • Proven field experience supporting a Head of Retail, with direct exposure to retail operations, coordination and day-to-day execution.
  • Strong understanding of retail environments, ideally within cultural, luxury, lifestyle or experiential settings.
  • Hands‑on, detail-oriented profile with strong coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Comfortable working both strategically (presentations, structuring content) and operationally (execution, tracking, coordination).
