Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Retail Business.
• 1-4 years of experience as an Area Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead store renovations, openings, and closures.
• Monitor product quality, freshness, pricing, and availability.
• Conduct commercial reviews with Store Managers.
• Ensure implementation of MAF Discount Retail plans.
• Oversee cash-related activities.
• Ensure stores meet or exceed sales targets.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Enforce adherence to standard layout norms and displays.
