Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Supervisor in Medusa Cafe and Restaurant located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of food and beverage services. Responsibilities include supervising and training employees, addressing customer complaints, coordinating with kitchen staff, and monitoring inventory and supplies. Additionally, the supervisor will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold a positive dining experience for all guests.

Qualifications
  • Supervisory Skills to effectively manage and guide restaurant staff
