Job summary

A leading hotel chain in Dubai is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee operations, ensure cost efficiency, and deliver excellent service standards. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in food and beverage management, strong supervisory and organizational skills, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing revenues, controlling expenses, and leading a team effectively. Qualifications

  • Proven experience in food and beverage management preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations including inventory management.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure monthly forecasted food and beverage revenue goals are met.
  • Control and manage operating expenses ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Manage operations according to established concepts and standards.
  • Supervise assistant managers overseeing operations.
  • Address guest complaints and inquiries related to food and beverage.
