Responsibilities
  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure a seamless dining experience and maintain high standards of quality and service.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing team fostering a positive and professional work environment.
  • Ensure menu items are presented optimally and adhere to the established culinary standards.
  • Control monthly inventory, manage supplier relationships, and oversee cost management strategies.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism to guarantee guest satisfaction.
  • Develop promotional campaigns and events to enhance the restaurant's visibility and attract new customers.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports including labor and food costs to drive profitability.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations ensuring a safe and clean environment for both staff and guests.
  • Utilize social media and digital marketing strategies to promote restaurant offerings.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role preferably in a trendy or upscale dining environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Western cuisine and current food trends.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation with a friendly and engaging personality.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
  • Strong financial management capabilities including understanding of budgeting and cost control.
