Overview
Restaurant Manager with Fine Dining Experience. The Dining establishment Manager is an essential contributor to the overall success of the place, including the restaurant, bench, and private eating area. The Restaurant Manager will guide, collaborate, and oversee the organization of all food and beverage while working alongside the Chef to ensure consistency, budget control, quality of service and product, and daily attainment of the highest service standards to exceed guest expectations.
Responsibilities
- Guide, collaborate and plan the organization of all food and beverage operations with the Chef to ensure consistency, quality, and service standards.
- Attain the highest service criteria and exceed guest expectations daily.
- In combination with other management teams, achieve human resources objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, appointing, scheduling, and reviewing staff.
- Effectively enforce company policies and procedures.
- Accomplish operational goals of all outlets by preparing and implementing action plans, improving productivity, and maintaining service standards.
- Ensure effective day-to-day operations of private dining occasions.
- Resolve partner and/or guest conflicts through service recovery and implement changes when required.
- Liaise with the BOH Management Team to manage costs by assessing portion control and quantities of preparation, reducing waste.
- Estimate food and beverage usage and place orders with vendors.
- Preserve budget and staff records.
- Avoid legal difficulties by complying with all company and government regulations.
- Schedule maintenance and repair of malfunctioning devices.
- Establish staffing by ensuring regular one-on-ones, training and development, coaching, and performance evaluation.
- Create an appealing and energized atmosphere where all team members work as a team.
Qualifications
- Experience: fine dining – 5 years (Required).
Compensation
Salary: AED 10,000.00 – AED 12,000.00 per month.
