Job summary

A leading hospitality company in Ras al-Khaimah is seeking a Kids/Teens Club Animator to plan and lead activities for children and teenagers. The ideal candidate is energetic, creative, and has a background in working with youth in recreational settings. This full-time role includes developing engaging programs, ensuring a safe environment, and collaborating with team members. First Aid certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in education is highly preferred.
• First Aid / CPR certification is an added advantage.
• Previous experience working with children and teenagers in recreational settings is highly preferred.
• Background in activity coordination, sports or animation programs is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a diverse range of activities including arts, crafts, games, and sports.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants.
• Design and implement daily schedules tailored to different age groups.
• Maintain communication with parents regarding children's participation and safety.
• Accurately record and report attendance and feedback.
• Manage inventory of equipment and supplies used in club activities.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance program offerings.
• Administer first aid when necessary.
• Enforce club rules and resort policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of club facilities.
