Residential Community Manager – Abu Dhabi – Big Fish

Our client is a Real Estate Developer and Property Management Consultancy. They are currently seeking a Community Manager for a Residential Property Development in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will oversee community and property management for jointly owned properties, handling financials, budget management and service charges, contractor management, resident relations, compliance under the Emirate's Jointly Owned Property Law. The role involves managing common areas, maintaining records, organizing meetings, and coordinating with authorities and service providers to ensure the property's efficient operation and the well-being of its residents. Candidates should have knowledge and experience with the key regulatory authorities in the UAE including the DMT and ADREC (Abu Dhabi) and RERA.

Required Skills and Knowledge
  • Experience working with a UAE Owners Association or Community Management Company – ESSENTIAL
  • Legal & Regulatory Understanding: Familiarity with Abu Dhabi's Jointly Owned Property Law and other relevant local regulations is crucial.
  • Financial Acumen: Ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and service charge collection effectively.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of facilities management, building operations, and technical services.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-management skills to deal with owners, residents, and service providers.
