Job summary

A luxury hotel group in Dubai seeks a Residences Concierge Supervisor to enhance residents' living experiences through comprehensive service and engagement initiatives. The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Administration, with at least three years of experience in luxury settings. Job description
Duties and Responsibilities
  • I will focus on the rejuvenation of the residences experience.
  • Residences amenities, services and products will be constantly assessed to remain relevant and in keeping with Six Senses wellness and sustainability practices.
  • I will ensure that all set policies, procedures, and best practices are in place and rigorously enforced.
  • I will work in partnership with Guest Experience Maker, Guest Services, Reservations, Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, Spa/Six Senses Place, and other outsourced approved third‑party shared service providers to ensure residents’ needs are anticipated and met for the overall smooth operation of residents’ living experience. Leading in the planning and execution of services and lifestyle activities involving residents and the hotel when applicable.
  • I will have a thorough knowledge of all facilities, amenities, and services offered by the hotel and residences as well as their location and layout. I will oversee the management of the residents’ history and profile system in conjunction with the Reservations Manager/Concierge.
  • A high standard of personal appearance, grooming, and hygiene, plus comprehensive knowledge of safety, security, and emergency procedures will be maintained by myself and all hosts in line with brand and statutory requirements.
  • I will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of services and lifestyle activities involving residents when applicable.
  • Documenting all residents’ requests, complaints, or problems immediately, implementing them into the approved Residential portal, and notifying the designated department while serving as a liaison between residents and various departments and builders/developers.
  • I will also meet with the new residents to review the new residents’ move‑in orientation.
  • Establishing a relationship with HOA, and Board Members as a business partnership and working closely with the Estate Management and Director of Residences, on the day‑to‑day operations to comply with local and property‑specific by‑laws.
  • Championing the Six Senses Residences Core brand guidelines for product and service delivery and ensuring alignment amongst the Residences teams.
  • I will also create an environment that fosters Out‑Of‑the‑Ordinary stories.
  • Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence of the Chief Concierge.
  • Reviewing/Responding to the owner’s feedback (verbally or in writing). Analysing owner’s engagement results and other data to identify areas of improvement.
  • Maintains knowledge of and complies with all residence policies and procedures and protects the privacy of the residents.
  • Develop and implement a program to increase resident engagement and enhance the residential living experience, incorporating personalized celebrations for special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries, interactive events and activities, and other initiatives to create a sense of community and promote resident satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • I possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, or Business Administration plus a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role at luxury hotel or branded residences.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Russian or German is considered an asset.
  • Technical skills include Advanced MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. I am also familiar with various hotel systems including PMS, and Residential Portal.
