About the Business Area

The Retail Banking Group (RBG) supports retail and micro‑business customers in managing their finances, through expert advice and the provision of a full suite of specialist products and services in conventional and Shari’ah compliant banking. We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Retail Banking team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management - Assist in the long‑term relationship of current and future customers, recording gather feedback on customers’ use of products and services and ongoing solicitation of feedback regarding products and services in order to build and maintain strong relationships with them
  • Conduct new product research and analysis of new products and services, recording findings and recommendations in order to continuously enhance and meet customer needs
  • Portfolio Management - Support in reviewing existing customer files in order to identify and report on potential sales opportunities that drive cross‑sell, upsell and retention
  • Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures - Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders
  • Self‑Management - Manage self in line with the Bank’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own contribution to business performance
  • Customer Service - Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions
Ideal Candidate Experience
  • At least 3 years of relationship management experience in Banking/financial services industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Finance
  • In depth knowledge of global financial markets and trends
  • Understanding of wealth management products and services
  • Strong decision making skills and the ability to take the lead

  • Competitive Salary: The indicative pay range for this role is AED10,500– AED16,000 per month. Additionally, all employees are eligible to participate in one of our rewarding variable pay plans.
