At Talents Tide, we are looking for a Relationship Manager – Private Sector on behalf of a prestigious banking client in Dubai. The role focuses on managing and growing a portfolio of corporate clients, driving asset and liability growth, cross-selling banking products, and ensuring strong risk and credit discipline while delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Relationships
- Develop business from new and existing clients through strategic market and sector penetration.
- Drive growth across assets, liabilities, and cross-sell products including structured products, trade finance, cash management, and foreign exchange.
- Maintain and enhance long-term relationships with key corporate clients to ensure continuity and sustainable growth.
- Manage complex client relationships independently under the overall supervision of Senior Relationship Managers or Team Leaders.
Portfolio & Balance Sheet Management
- Manage the assigned risk asset portfolio in line with internal quality, profitability, and risk standards.
- Grow assets and liabilities to enhance account profitability while maintaining optimal loan-to-deposit ratios and liquidity.
- Maximize utilization of approved limits to expand revenue through effective relationship management.
Product Delivery & Cross-Selling
- Deliver a full range of banking products to corporate clients with confidence and professionalism.
- Structure and execute multi-product solutions aligned with client needs.
- Assess business, financial, and economic risks and opportunities to maximize cross-sell potential.
- Prepare and execute call programs to evaluate risk, identify opportunities, and deepen client engagement.
Credit & Risk Management
- Assess credit risk for proposals and ensure compliance with approved credit policies and processes.
- Conduct detailed credit and customer analysis for both new client acquisition and existing relationships.
- Review credit proposals, identify inherent risks, and recommend credit facilities within approved authority levels.
- Monitor portfolio quality to ensure alignment with relationship, portfolio, and industry risk strategies.
Internal Coordination & Service Delivery
- Liaise with internal departments such as Credit, Credit Administration, and Operations to ensure timely execution of transactions.
- Follow up internally to expedite processing of customer-related documentation and requests.
- Conduct joint and independent client calls and follow up on outstanding matters, exceptions, and account regularization.
Remedial & Recovery Support
- Coordinate remedial action plans to minimize potential losses where required.
- Support compromise proposals and restructuring arrangements in cases of stressed or doubtful recovery.
