About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Management Lead/ Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crypto derivatives and options sales, with a robust book of clients ready to onboard. This role involves global market coverage and targets trading firms, market makers, and other institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively hunt and acquire new clients in the crypto derivatives market.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the market.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance product offerings based on client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights for management review.
Qualifications
