A leading fleet management company in the UAE is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to identify business opportunities and maintain customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 2-4 years of customer service experience, and excellent negotiation and communication skills. Job description
Primary Functions:
  • Identifies business opportunities by establishing the contacts with the fleet customer prospects and analyzing sales options.
  • Acquire new customers and maintain a good relationship with existing customers.
  • Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities.
  • Responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Presenting demonstrations on the Cartrack product and services.
  • Update CRM reports on daily basis.
  • Responsible for achieving CRM weekly target for calls leads and meeting.
  • Explore creative ways and identify opportunities to sell or promote our products and services.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Prepares reports by collecting analyzing and summarizing information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in any related fields
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer service will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in English
  • Technically independent with good initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Hands-on and a positive attitude
  • Team player with a high level of energy and able to work independently
  • Able work under pressure coordination skill multi-tasking service-minded.
  • Initiative for problem solving.
  • Good personality and good follow up.
