Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading real estate developer in Dubai for an experienced Relationship Manager to join their growing sales team. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background working directly for a reputable UAE developer and a proven ability to build manage and convert client and broker relationships into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients investors and channel partners
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to deal closure
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients providing expert advice on developments pricing and availability
  • Conduct client meetings property presentations and site visits
  • Work closely with internal sales marketing and management teams to drive revenue
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales pipeline updates
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Represent the developer professionally at exhibitions launches and networking events
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience working for a reputable real estate developer in Dubai
  • Proven track record of successful property sales within the UAE market
  • Strong understanding of Dubais off-plan and developer-led sales environment
  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Highly motivated target-driven and commercially aware
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
