Premier Insurance Brokers is looking for a Relationship Manager to join our growing team. This role is key to managing and strengthening client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability. The Relationship Manager will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and identify new opportunities to grow business with existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and long-term profitability.
  • Develop and implement relationship management strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and client portfolio growth.
  • Partner with underwriting, claims, and risk management teams to ensure clients have adequate coverage.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Lead client servicing, from policy administration and claims management to client onboarding and issue resolution.
  • Act as a company ambassador at industry events, supporting marketing and client engagement activities.
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to junior staff where required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, or related field (Master’s degree or insurance certification an advantage).
  • 3–7 years’ experience in business development, client servicing, or relationship management within insurance or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, client servicing processes, and market trends.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets, client retention, and portfolio growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills in English (Arabic an advantage).
  • Professional appearance and ability to engage with clients at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with social media tools is a plus.
