It enables private sector employers to invest employee gratuities into regulated investment funds, offering employees the potential for long-term financial growth. The platform supports the UAE’s vision to enhance workplace benefits and attract global talent, offering both conventional and Shariah-compliant investment options.
Job Purpose
The Relationship Manager will support the commercial growth of Ghaf Benefits by managing and expanding relationships with institutional and government clients. This role is responsible for delivering excellent client service, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring client satisfaction across the platform’s offerings.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing institutional and government clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Support the Director of Sales in executing sales strategies and achieving commercial targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE private sector, including lead generation and qualification.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and responses to RFPs for prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams (product, operations, compliance) to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ghaf Benefits’ products, services, and the UAE’s regulatory environment.
- Gather and relay client feedback to inform product development and service enhancements.
- Represent Ghaf Benefits at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as required.
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Qualifications and Experience
- 8–12 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or client service within financial services, investment platforms, or related sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow institutional or government client accounts.
- Strong understanding of the UAE’s financial services landscape and workplace benefits ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience supporting sales processes, preparing client materials, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CISI) are a plus.
