Regional Visual Merchandising Specialist

Working within this Global Luxury brand and reporting to the Regional Visual Merchandising Manager, your primary responsibilities will be to:

  • Work closely with the EMEA VM team to develop, implement and oversee the visual merchandising strategies across the GCC
  • Collaborate with local VM teams and store managers to develop and maintain visual standards
  • Work with the in-store VM teams and Retail and Store Managers during new store openings and promotional events
  • Ensure the GCC visual merchandising objectives are executed correctly in relation to window dressing, store re-merchandising, training staff and maintaining the stores’ image
  • Travel frequently throughout the GCC (up to 80% monthly travel) and attend seasonal meetings regarding new collections and techniques

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Must possess visual merchandising experience; VM experience in luxury is a plus
  • Must possess very strong communication and interpersonal skills as it is critical for this role to collaborate and establish strong relationships with the EMEA and local teams
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft programmes
  • Must be comfortable with highly frequent travel to the GCC and Europe – up to 80% monthly travel
  • Must possess a driving license
  • Fluency in Arabic is a plus
