This role involves drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and ensuring compliance with local laws. Candidates should be qualified lawyers with around 5 years’ PQE, in-house experience, and fluency in English. Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with around 5 years’ PQE, including in-house experience in a multinational business.
• Experience drafting and negotiating contracts in the UAE and/or Middle East region.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Assist with updating and creating template documents.
• Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations across the region.
