Overview

The Regional Director (Middle East) is responsible for the operational and strategic leadership in the region with the objectives of growing the company and achieving growth and other objectives as developed in conjunction with senior management.

Our client is an EdTech Start Up using AI to provide teaching solutions for Higher Education students and professionals. They already have presence in the Middle East and some great partnerships in place!

Description
  • As business requirements demand, and in consultation with the global leadership team, build a local team that can deliver on Company objectives in the region.
  • Drive high performance among direct report(s).
  • Develop the regional team's capabilities and culture consistent with the Company's global vision, mission and values.
  • Make decisions that drive strategic and operational outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the global leadership team to set team targets and KPIs.
  • Lead the sales and marketing efforts to establish the company's credentials in the region.
  • Achieve annual new business sales targets.
  • Lead the local partner services efforts so that partner retention and growth targets are met.
  • Develop strong and sustainable relationships with senior executives at partner and prospective partner institutions in the region.
  • Update KPI reporting in a timely manner according to regular reporting requirements.
  • Execute the annual business development, partner services and marketing plans to ensure achievement of the Company's objectives while maintaining effective cost controls.
  • Financial reporting, including input to budgets, sales pipeline management, revenue and other relevant forecasting.
Profile

A successful Regional Manager should have:
