Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a tailored business growth strategy for the GCC region.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders: architects, design studios, real estate developers, and corporate decision-makers.
  • Identify and secure large-scale, high-value commercial opportunities.
  • Represent the brand at trade fairs, networking events, and industry gatherings across the GCC.
  • Collaborate with European production & design teams to deliver customized client solutions.

Candidate Profile
  • 10+ years experience in business development or sales in interior design, furniture, or related industries.
  • Strong network in the GCC region with architects, interior designers, and developers.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in premium projects.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Office-based in Dubai, with frequent GCC travel and occasional trips to Europe for training.
