Job summary

A leading technology firm based in Dubai is seeking an experienced Audiology Trainer. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive training to customers on product features and audiology processes. Responsibilities include delivering training for fitting software, offering technical support, and motivating distributors to enhance market presence. Applicants should have a BSc in Audiology and extensive expertise in the Audiology market and training within multinational firms.

Main job duties/responsibilities

• Training to customers product managers sales and fitting teams onsite and online
• Product training: product portfolio features unique selling points competitive aspects
• Sales training (dispenser to end‑user): train distributors to give end‑users the best possible customer experience recommend the best audiological solution for hearing‑aid users with excellent counselling techniques - Also upselling to a higher price segment.
• Fitting software training
• Audiology training: mainly related to hearing instrument fitting fitting process and end‑user counselling but also diagnostics and verification
• Be a role model for how we wish our distributors teams to present our products in their markets and motivate customers to market our products
• Customer support
• Technical support and problem solving regarding product software fitting and audiology issues
• Speaker and product specialist at customers events seminars and conferences
• Provide product related sales and demonstration tools and materials
• Extended responsibilities
• Establish and foster relationship and communication with opinion leaders in the markets
• Identify initiate and supervise trials and studies in distributor markets where results can lead to a positive marketing effect in the corresponding market and/or serve as marketing tools for GN Hearing across markets

Ideally the candidate should have:

• BSc of Audiology or related Acoustic study Master degree is a plus.
• Experience in training and presenting with a multinational firm.
• Minimum of three years of Audiology product training experience within multinational firm with a demonstrated track record and over‑plan performance.
• Minimum of five years related work experience in Audiology field.
• Experience of the Hearing Aid market place in the region is a plus.
• Networking with KOL within the region is a plus.

Skills/Competencies

• Self‑starter with pragmatic approach; Comfortable in dynamic environment.
• Must be able to demonstrate deep understanding of the customer to drive challenge and pushthinking.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with a proven track record of training and demonstrating product knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal communication team oriented ability to deal with wide diversity of people respect different value and cultural differences.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a must and French is a big plus.

Travel Required: Approximately 50% travel required within region.
