Overview

Role : Regional Director – GCC (Business Head) - AI Fintech

Location : Dubai, UAE

We are partnering with a Fintech client who is seeking a dynamic Regional Director to lead and expand its business across the GCC region. This is a senior leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for driving growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing regional operations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead business operations and regional strategy across GCC markets
  • Drive market expansion and client engagement in partnership with local and global teams
  • Build and maintain senior relationships with banks, regulators, and enterprise clients
  • Oversee execution and successful delivery of large-scale software roll-outs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business goals
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience, ideally in enterprise software, financial services, or fintech
  • Strong background in enterprise sales or business development, with progression into broader leadership roles
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex client relationships and navigating large organizations
  • Experience overseeing multi-market software delivery and post-sales engagement
  • Exposure to P&L or regional business ownership is an advantage
  • Deep understanding of the GCC market, especially within banking or financial services
