Charterhouse is working exclusively with a high-end clean beauty brand that has achieved global success and is now expanding its operations in Dubai.

Our client is looking to hire a Regional Brand Marketing Manager who will work closely with the founders, international team, and creative agencies to lead the regional marketing strategy across all channels.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join a revolutionary brand and contribute significantly towards the company’s growth across multiple territories. The Regional Brand Marketing Manager will work closely alongside global colleagues to lead on strategic initiatives and ensure successful execution of campaigns, which will deliver increased revenue and brand awareness. Responsibilities include overseeing creative agencies, assigning the marketing spend and working with cross functional teams to plan out new product launches. A key priority of the role will be to safeguard brand integrity by aligning all marketing materials and messaging with the brand’s DNA.

About You

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years’ B2C experience in a 360 marketing role, with a proven track record of leading strategic planning for a global beauty, skincare, or wellness brand. Our client is looking for a candidate with excellent stakeholder management skills, an entrepreneurial flair, and the ability to deliver business objectives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Due to the regular collaboration with international teams across multiple time zones, there will be a requirement to work shifts that align with the global business function.
