We are seeking a Regional GAC People Experience Manager. This position will assist in delivering clear and prompt business information, provide tools and communication support, people engagement initiatives and offer guidance to the local team.
The role reports directly to the Area People Experience Manager and to the Region GAC HR Director within the People & Organization department
The Region People Experience Manager will help implement global internal communication plans at the local level. This includes providing regional coverage across the different Ferrero offices in the Gulf and Arab Countries.
You will be involved in various projects from across the business to identify and respond to changes that impact the company, creating communication plans for colleagues.
As part of the role, you will be responsible for sourcing and writing content for internal channels including emails, the company intranet, and Viva Engage, to ensure messages are delivered to the relevant audience in a compelling, accurate, and timely manner.
You will also support the coordination of key company events, including Town Hall meetings and Company Conferences, both online and face-to-face.
The Region People Experience Manager will facilitate the global employee engagement survey for the regional audience and assist with the action planning activities that follow.
You will champion employee engagement, team building activities, developing initiatives and programs that help make Ferrero a great place to work.
You will support locally the implementation of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Wellbeing group strategy.
You should have 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in internal communication, content development, and employee engagement. Your educational background should be in communication or a related field.
You need to have proven ability to execute communication plans and possess strong writing skills.
As we deliver to our diverse teams in both English and Arabic, we are looking for a native Arabic speaker for this role. You should be fluent in written and spoken English.
Additionally, you should have strong influencing skills, a proactive and dynamic attitude, and a keen business understanding and curiosity.
Being tech-savvy with a digital mindset is essential, and knowledge of SharePoint and SuccessFactors would be an advantage. Lastly, you need to have excellent or advanced presentation and communication skills.
