🚀 We’re Hiring: Recruitment Consultant

Betterhomes is the UAE’s leading real estate brokerage and we are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic internal recruitment team in Dubai.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in growing our sales, leasing and primary teams across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah, hiring both experienced real estate agents and motivated individuals ready to start their career in property.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Sourcing and attracting top talent through LinkedIn, job portals, and networking
  • Conducting interviews and assessing candidates for both experienced and entry-level roles
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike
  • Managing the recruitment process from first contact to offer stage
  • Promoting Betterhomes’ unique culture and career opportunities
  • Working with hiring managers to fill salaried positions
What we’re looking for:
  • Recruitment experience (in-house or agency) OR sales experience in real estate or a similar high-performance environment
