Overview

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential candidates and understand industry trends, ensuring a targeted recruitment approach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as a strategic partner to understand their specific hiring needs.
- Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements that effectively communicate the role and attract top talent.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including social media and networking, to find passive candidates and expand the talent pool.
- Stay updated on employment laws and best practices to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in a recruitment role, preferably in a recruitment agency
- Strong communication skills in English, with additional language proficiency preferred to cater to diverse candidates.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Creative problem-solver who can adapt recruitment strategies to meet evolving business needs and market conditions.
