We are supporting an international law firm in the search for a service-driven Receptionist for their Dubai office. This is a busy front-of-house environment that places exceptional emphasis on high-quality guest experience. The firm welcomes candidates from a wide range of customer-facing backgrounds who can demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a natural focus on delivering warm, attentive, and detail-oriented service. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for all visitors and will help ensure a seamless guest journey throughout their time in the office. The role is suited to individuals who enjoy a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and take pride in delivering excellent service. This firm maintains an active internal events and social culture, with weekly catered lunches, guest vendors, themed activities, and large annual celebrations. The Receptionist plays an important role in supporting these activities and contributing to a welcoming and professional office atmosphere.

Candidate Profile / Requirements

  • Warm, professional communication style with the ability to remain composed during busy periods.
  • Arabic language skills are welcome but not essential.

Working Hours & Expectations
  • Standard hours: 9 am–6 pm.
  • Rotational shifts: 8:30 am–5:30 pm or 9:30 am–6:30 pm.
  • Flexibility to stay later when visitors remain onsite (e.g., until 9 pm occasionally).
  • Occasional weekend work with paid overtime.
  • Fully office‑based (no remote work).
