About The Role
  • Always demonstrate customer focus and appreciation for the guest experience.
  • Provide excellent patient / customer service with the ability to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships.
  • Build and maintain client base through consistent follow‑up with phone calls and thank you notes, scheduling appointments to review new products/treatments/programs and inviting to events.
  • Being Brand Ambassador, communicating features and benefits of our treatments / programs / products beyond the basics to appeal to the customer’s needs, and ultimately generate sales.
  • Understand the needs of the patients / customers and guide them through the adapted treatments.
  • Create and distribute health education materials to clients, whenever needed, in linewithCliniqueLa Prairieguidelines.
  • Coordinates the client journey with the experts/therapists of the other services of the Wellnesscenter,in order toprovide a well‑rounded experience to each client /patient & maintain high level of professional standards.
  • To answer all incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
  • To ensure all email queries are replied to in a professional manner, and within 24 hours.
  • Display an energetic and positive attitude.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned wok areas.
  • Attending all wellness training sessions and meetings on a consistent and regular basis.
  • Responsible for assisting and establishing and maintaining standard of excellence in professional image and service.
  • Work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management, and create strong partnerships with other outlets and operational departments withinLongevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie.
  • Contribute towards the wellnesscenterreaching and exceeding weekly, quarterly and annual objectives and goals; also responsible for reaching and exceeding personal sales goals.
  • Promote the organization and products, representing company in areas of public relations attending or participating in international events and fairs.
About You
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • International experiencepreferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
